Q: What if my child misses a class?
A: No worries! We'll let you know about the next available session and our teachers are always happy to do a quick catch-up recap at the start of the next class.
Q: Is there a free trial or taster class?
A: Yes — our free discovery call is the perfect place to start. We'll match your child to the right class and many of our teachers offer a taster session so your child feels confident before committing.
Q: Do I need to speak French or Spanish to support my child?
A: Absolutely not! That's the beauty of our classes. Our accredited teachers handle everything. Your only job is to sit back and watch your child thrive.
Q: How quickly will my child start speaking?
A: Most children start using words and phrases within their first 2–3 classes. By week 6–8, many are forming simple sentences. Language learning is a journey — and we make every step exciting.
Q: What if my child tries it and doesn't love it?
A: That's exactly what the Starter Pack is for — 2 classes, $80, zero pressure. In our experience, the children who are most reluctant before their first class are often the ones who don't want to leave after it. But if it genuinely isn't the right fit, we'll refund the difference, no questions asked.
Q: Why once a week and not more?
A: Weekly classes paired with short daily home activities (5–10 minutes) is the format that research supports most strongly for children. Twice-weekly classes are available on request for motivated learners , just ask during your discovery call.
