Can my child try a class before we enroll?

Absolutely! We offer a free 30-minute trial class so your child can meet our teachers and experience our playful learning environment firsthand.

What happens if we need to reschedule?

We understand family life is busy. Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance, and we will happily find a makeup slot that works for your child's schedule.

Do classes start at a specific time of year?

We have rolling admissions, meaning your child can join our vibrant language community at any time! We tailor the experience to their current level.

How do online classes work for kids?

It's simple and fun. We use interactive tools, music, and games to keep kids engaged. You'll receive a secure link and easy setup instructions before each session starts.

How quickly will I hear back after contacting you?

Our team is very quick! You can expect a friendly text or email from us within one business day to answer your questions and help you get started.

What language levels do you teach?

From absolute beginners to mini-polyglots! We assess each child's level during the trial session to place them in the most supportive peer group.

How quickly will you respond to my message?

We aim to reply within one business day, and usually much sooner. If you need an urgent answer, booking a free 15-minute discovery call is often the fastest route.

I'd like to book a trial class, how do I do that?

Our $80 Starter Pack gives your child 2 live trial classes with an accredited teacher. You can book directly from our Pricing page, or get in touch and we'll help you get set up.

I'm a qualified language teacher, can I apply to join the team?

We'd love to hear from you! Use the contact form above, select 'I'm a teacher interested in joining the team', and tell us a little about your background and experience with children.

What is your refund or cancellation policy?

Monthly memberships can be cancelled any time before the next billing date, no questions asked. Starter Pack classes are non-refundable, but if something unexpected happens we always do our best to accommodate families. Just reach out.

I'm not sure which language or class is right for my child, can you help?

Absolutely, that's one of the most common questions we get and we love helping families decide. Just send us a message or book a free discovery call and we'll guide you through it.

My child is nervous about being on camera or joining a group online. Is that okay?

Completely normal, and something our teachers handle every week. Just let us know when you get in touch, we'll make sure your child's teacher is briefed and ready to make them feel safe and welcome from the very first minute.

Do you have classes outside of standard time zones?

We serve families across multiple time zones including North America, Europe, Australia, and beyond. Include your location in the contact form and we'll confirm what's available for you.
